Privacy Policy

We use the minimum information needed to recommend lunch options, maintain your history, and coordinate groups. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Information you provide

This can include your name, email address, food preferences and allergens, meal history and notes, favourite places, budget preferences, group invitations and responses, and any feedback you send to support. Meal photos are accessed only when you choose to add one.

Location and device information

With your permission, the app uses your approximate or precise location to find nearby restaurants. Location is requested while you use the app and is not used for advertising. We may process device and diagnostic information needed for security, reliability, purchase status, and push notifications.

Accounts, purchases, and service providers

Account and synced app data may be processed by Supabase. Sign-in may be handled by Apple or Google. Restaurant search may use Google services. Subscription status may be handled by Apple and RevenueCat. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment card details are handled by Apple and are not received by us.

Why we use information

• Provide meal recommendations, budget tools, favourites, history, and group-lunch features.
• Authenticate accounts and restore synced data and purchases.
• Send notifications you enable and respond to support requests.
• Protect the service, diagnose failures, and comply with law.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you remove it or the app. Account data is kept while your account is active and only as long afterward as needed for security, legal, or operational obligations. You can request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app, or email [email protected]. We may need to retain limited records where legally required.

Your choices

You can decline or revoke location, camera, photo-library, and notification access in iOS Settings. You can export your app data from Profile and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
