By using What We Have for Lunch, you agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these additional terms.

Recommendations

Restaurant, pricing, opening-hour, allergen, and dietary information can be incomplete or change. Confirm important information directly with the venue. The app does not provide medical, dietary, or financial advice.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for content you submit. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.

Subscriptions

Any price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
